ABOUT US

Embrace the Heartland in Prayer exists to connect and help mature the Body of Christ in the Metro in the area of prayer. We are comprised of representatives from many churches.

Vision
To be obedient to God’s Word as expressed in II Chronicles 7: 14.
To be a part of connecting /uniting the body of Christ through prayer and relationship.
To help transform our Metro area through prayer
To be a part of equipping, informing of and mobilizing the body of Christ to pray.






Strategy
Being open and responsive to God in regard to prayer for the Heartland


Strategic Initiatives
Organize an annual National Day of Prayer Concert of Prayer
Initiate and develop a School of Prayer to help equip the Body of Christ in prayer
Mobilize bi-annual (Spring and Fall) Prayerwalking
Prayer calendar coordination (ongoing and special events, Heartland House of Prayer, etc.)
Website with prayer resources
Community Crisis prayer team--First Responders
Provides an opportunity for the Body of Christ to connect through prayer
Organize a Global Day of Prayer event
